Terms and Conditions

Return Policy
We provide money back guarantee to all our goods sold. If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase, it can be returned adhering to the following conditions:

1) The item must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Please do not use the product if you are considering returning.

2) Notification within 5 days (120 hours) of receipt
Please e-mail us within 5 days upon receipt of order if you are not happy with the purchase or to notify us of any defect/discrepancy on the product.

3) Shipping Cost and Restocking fee
If the return is a result of product defect, refund will include ALL shipping costs (including the return shipment).
Otherwise, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.  We also do not bear the cost for the return shipment.

Instructions to Request for a Refund:
1) Send an email to return@kuuthings.com within 5 days of receipt. In the email, include your original order number, contact number and reason for return.

2) You will be given a Return Number (#RTN). An RTN is a confirmation from timepiecestore.com that your return/exchange request has been accepted and will be issued to you via e-mail. The e-mail will also include further instructions on how to return your purchase.

3) Use a traceable carrier and provide us the tracking number once shipped. We are also not responsible for lost packages in transit to us.

4) The RTN expires 7 days after the issuing date, thus all returns must be shipped within 7 days after the RMA issuing date.

5) Once verified the returned order is as described, the refund will be credited back to the purchasing credit card or paypal account.

Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase, it can be exchanged adhering to all the above "Return Policy" conditions, with the following additional clauses:

1) If requested exchange is of lower value than current purchase, remaining balance will be given as store credit.

2) Shipping Cost
We do not bear shipping cost to ship the exchanged item back to you. With your choice of shipping, corresponding registered post or Fedex shipping will be charged to ship the exchanged model.

3) Once verified the returned product is as described, the requested model in exchange will be shipped to you.

Import Duties
The customer is responsible for all import duties, if any. Most countries do not charge import duties on our products.

Shipping Rates
We offer both Registered Post and Fedex Priority Service.  Rates vary by weights and destinations.  In most cases, Registered Post costs about US$4.50-$10.00, while Fedex Priority ranges from US$8.50 to US$30.00.  Please proceed to checkout to get the actual rates.

Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days via Fedex Priority, and 5-15 business days via registered post.

Shipping Address Undeliverable
In the event where buyer refuses delivery, or the shipping address is not deliverable, shipping fees are not refundable, and restocking fee charged as stated in the Return Policy.  In addition, buyer is also responsible for all shipping costs incurred when the package is returned to us.
